Power Ventures was founded in 2007 by entrepreneurs and industrialists in the field of energy. It is an Energy Service Company (ESCo), namely an Independent Power Producer, which supplies thermal and electrical energy produced on site by high efficiency cogeneration systems that are fed by natural gas or renewable energy sources.

Power Ventures' energy efficiency offers a considerable saving, compared to the conventional supply from the grid. It is in line with the purposes of the European Community and limits CO₂ emissions in the atmosphere.

This kind of saving is shared with the client who therefore becomes a Partner.

In addition to this, as Power Ventures builds, manages and finances the utility plants, the client does not have to commit his own resources over a non-core activity.
