L'Azienda, sita in provincia di Bergamo, conta un’esperienza pluriennale nel settore tessile delle lavorazioni dei tessuti conto terzi: candeggio e tintura in particolare.

Esigenze

L’attento e costante rispetto dell’ambiente ha portato l’azienda ad optare per prodotti e soluzioni che assicurino il minimo rischio sia per quanto riguarda la sicurezza sul lavoro sia per la salvaguardia dell’ambiente. 

L'azienda ha scelto Power Ventures come partner per la completa gestione degli aspetti energetici e tecnologici, dall’approvvigionamento del gas naturale alla gestione degli impianti energetici e dei prodotti derivati, come i Certificati Bianchi.

Soluzione

L’impianto di cogenerazione ad alto rendimento installato produce simultaneamente energia elettrica ed energia termica mediante l’utilizzo di motori endotermici alimentati a gas naturale.
La produzione di energia termica è resa possibile da appositi scambiatori di calore per il recupero dell’energia contenuta nell’acqua delle camicie, nell’acqua di raffreddamento del circuito intercooler e nei gas di scarico di ciascun motore. In azienda sono inoltre installati un impianto fotovoltaico ed un impianto idroelettrico.
Power Ventures si fa carico della cessione degli esuberi delle tre fonti di energia sul mercato elettrico.

Dettagli impianto:

  • due gruppi elettrogeni Waukesha APG1000 alimentati a gas naturale;
  • potenza elettrica nominale di 2.000 kWe e l’energia elettrica prodotta è impiegata nei processi produttivi del Cliente;
  • potenza termica nominale pari a 2.020 kWt: di questi, 680 kWt sono di vapore utilizzato a scopo di processo ottenuto dal raffreddamento dei gas di scarico; si ottengono altri 900 kWt di acqua calda dal raffreddamento delle camicie del motore e 440 kWt dal circuito di raffreddamento dell’olio e dell’intercooler, entrambi utilizzati a scopo di processo.

Tecnologia utilizzata

La maggior parte dell’energia elettrica prodotta viene utilizzata nei processi produttivi del Cliente, le eventuali eccedenze sono cedute alla rete nazionale.
Dal recupero dei circuiti di raffreddamento delle camicie del motore, dal circuito di raffreddamento dell'olio e dell’intercooler viene prodotta acqua calda, mentre dai gas di scarico viene prodotto del vapore saturo. Tutta l’energia termica prodotta dall’impianto viene impiegata nel processo produttivo dello stabilimento.
